Shipping and Returns Policies
We currently ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY ship to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and USA MAINLAND.
Shipping Policies:
UK and Northern Ireland:
For UK and Northern Ireland orders, you have a choice of: Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery (taking approximately 2-3 business days) and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (taking 2-3 business days).
At the moment, we are not offering next-day deliveries but we definitely will in the future.
UK and Northern Ireland receive FREE standard shipping over £35!
Orders may take 1-2 days to ship. If it is especially busy, it may even take up to 3 days to ship.
Please note: as much as we want your orders to be with you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframes below. There could be some delays that could be out of our control however we will try to ship them out ASAP.
USA Mainland:
Shipping to USA mainland starts from £7.99.
FREE shipping for orders over £150!
IMPORTANT: We offer international shipping to the United States; however, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required to receive their order. These charges are determined by U.S. customs regulations and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local import laws and to cover any additional costs. Our company is not liable for any delays, extra charges, or non-delivery due to unpaid duties or customs clearance issues. Please take this into consideration before purchasing to avoid any unexpected costs.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
We accept returns of unused products within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and 30 days for international orders (USA)
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns and/or issue refunds on our lashes. If you’d like to return our product, ensure that the lash has not been worn or removed from the lash tray. We have strict product checks in place, if the lashes have been used/removed from the lash tray, the product will be sent back to the original shipping address and no refund will be issued.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to make a return, please get in touch with customercare@siignaturecosmetics.com and we will email you with further instructions on how to return your item.
How long do refunds/returns take?
Refunds and returns typically take around 7-10 days to process once the item has been delivered back to us. We will refund you back to your original payment method and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. The refund to your original payment method may take an additional 3-5 working days until it reaches you.
Please note that as a small business, we DO NOT currently offer free returns. We may only offer free returns on damaged items. Please keep a note of your proof of postage and tracking receipt, as without this we will not be able to issue you your refund. Additionally, we do not currently issue refunds on original shipping costs (just the item itself).
